Report Templates
These are Bergeron's exact formats — built from the forms the field runs on today. Stanley does the typing; the paperwork comes out looking precisely the way the company already works.
Today — by hand, end of a 10-hour shift
Handwritten time sheets and pocket Start Cards — filled out in the truck, deciphered in the office.
With Stanley — a five-minute conversation
Same information, same company format — typed, complete, audited and locked as a PDF revision.

Daily Field / Production Report
Bergeron's own 17-section daily report format — exactly how they want it. Stanley fills it through a five-minute conversation: snapshot, crews, labor-to-equipment assignments, production, QC, delays, directives, safety, MOT, environmental, photos, tomorrow's plan — then runs his completion check before the superintendent signs.
- AI-generated daily summary block
- Operator-to-equipment hour reconciliation
- Delay / changed-condition capture for claims
- Stanley completion check before sign-off

JHA — Operations Start Card
The digital version of Bergeron's Life-Saving Actions Start Card. Stanley drafts the operation steps and hazards, then walks the foreman through safeguard verification. Any "NO" on a critical safeguard puts the JHA on HOLD until it's resolved — READY / PENDING / HOLD, tracked with a timestamped revision history.
- What could kill us / hurt us — per operation step
- Safeguard verification checklists per LSA category
- READY / PENDING / HOLD status logic
- Crew signatures & competent-person verification
